LifeFlow Meditation – Read This First!

Welcome to my LifeFlow meditation review website. My name is Sandy McAllister

I started this website because I know a lot of people are talking about LifeFlow. Is it as good as they say? Is it expensive? What makes it different to other meditation technologies? What is the secret audio structure behind Lifeflow Meditation?

I’ve been meditating for more than 40 years. I’ve experienced just about every meditation system you can think of: TM, Vipassana, Holosync, Synchronicity, Silva Mind Control, and many more. I’ve learned a lot about meditation, particularly those methods that employ entrainment technology. I’d like to share with you what I’ve discovered about LifeFlow.

LifeFlow Meditation is a series of ten one-hour meditation CDs. Each CD takes you to a slightly deeper level of meditation, starting from light alpha and progressing to deep delta.

I’ve been using Lifeflow Meditation regularly now for more than a year. Here’s what I like about it:

LifeFlow is pleasant to listen to.

A lot of audio meditation recordings contain intrusive entrainment pulses overlaid on an audio carrier track. Sometimes they can be annoyingly loud. LifeFlow Meditation tracks consist of familiar soundscapes: babbling brooks, gentle rain, waves falling on sand, whale song, soft flute tones. The entrainment information is there, but it doesn’t dominate. You can immerse yourself in the soundscape while the underlying entrainment tones carry you effortlessly into a meditative state.

LifeFlow is a progressive system.

LifeFlow meditation isn’t a collection of CDs with different titles and objectives. It is a well-crafted, comprehensive meditation system. It takes you progressively to deeper levels of meditation (the people at Project Meditation recommend that you spend 30 – 60 days at each level). You are always in control of the pace of that progression. You know instinctively when it is time to move to the next level. You can choose specific levels to suit your mood and objectives.

LifeFlow uses multiple forms of entrainment

Many audio meditation CDs rely solely on binaural beats. While these are effective, recent research has demonstrated that monaural and isochronic beats are significantly more effective. LifeFlow Meditation uses a multi-layered entrainment system that includes all three types of entrainment. The result is a powerful, dynamic meditation experience which I count among the most effective I’ve come across.

If you’re looking for a more technical analysis of the LifeFlow entrainment technology, you’ll find it here: LifeFlow Meditation Waveform Analysis.

LifeFlow isn’t expensive

Some meditation systems will leave you peaceful but broke! The price of LifeFlow Meditation is significantly less than it’s major competitors. You can purchase the system by subscription, at one CD per month, and cancel the subscription at any time during the ten-month period. Plus, you have the added security of a money-back guarantee; if you’re not happy with LifeFlow, you get a full refund, plus you get to keep bonus CDs at no charge!

You can try LifeFlow for free

LifeFlow Meditation has a downloadable sample which allows you to test the system yourself with absolutely no commitment to buy. You can confirm for yourself whether LifeFlow is for you, without spending a cent. How good is that?
